The construction of this terrace begins with laying out the boards in the design plan. We also need this layout to arrange the screw piles on the site. The project shows the required materials and height markings. We also choose the color of the terrace board with the customer during the design stage and make natural samples for final approval.
Installing screw piles - the foundation for the future terrace - does not take much time. After installing the piles, we proceed to their binding with profile pipe.
Next is the installation of the joist through a waterproofing layer.
The color of the terrace oil is chosen. The coated board is delivered to the site. We perform installation with concealed fasteners. The entire process takes 10 calendar days.
Now this larch terrace board delights the customer! :)
